Alongside the sponsors Totepool’s silver plate, the owners also took home the Secret Bay Perpetual Challenge Trophy for winning this race.
They also received The Fox And Hounds Perpetual Challenge Trophy, which is awarded to the connections of the best placed horse in this race who had won a Hunt Members race or finished placed in any other race at a Midlands’ Area PTP.

Hide AdRacegoers were certainly treated to a good field with Milgen Bay and Rob Conti both successful Rules horses, together with Moon Over Miami, who won this race last year and was second in the Grand Annual at the Cheltenham Festival behind Oh Crick many moons ago.
There was also a raffle to win two nominations to Stibbington House Stud’s very successful sire “Beat All”, who as a racehorse finished placed in a Derby.
The two prizes were won by trainer Rob Summers and Nigel Ford, and all the proceeds from the raffle went to the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
On the night the racecourse hosted members of local hunts in a hospitality suite and general manager Mark Clayton said: “We will re-launch our Countryside Day at the equivalent fixture in 2015, with the aim of promoting all that is good about the countryside and country pursuits in general through those who are associated with the local countryside.
