Firm joins forces with town school
North Midland Construction (NMC) has entered the three-year partnership with the Brunts Academy as part of Business in The Community’s Business Class scheme.
The company will be working with students across the academy to provide a range of skills-based training, including presentations to pupils from employees, mock interview workshops and incentives and rewards.

Hide AdStaff will also be providing work experience across various areas of its business , a spokesman said.
Company spokesman Karen Morris said: “We are committed to training and nurturing people and it’s great that we can now offer this to the young people at Brunts Academy.
“Whilst the national curriculum provides a rounded education in essential subject areas it doesn’t address some key skills that are required in the workplace.
“Joining business and education together can plug that gap, equipping young people with the tools they need to start a career.”
