Depressed man hurls phone at his partner
Mansfield magistrates heard how Lukasz Stoklosa (32), of Greendale Crescent, Clipstone Village, was seen by others to throw the phone.
Neil Hollett, prosecuting, said: “She described it as a strong blow which caused a bruise and a headache.”

Hide AdEmma Goodall, defending, said: “Mr Stoklosa accepts he has a number of issues. Since then this has been compounded by an inability to work.
“His way of dealing with it was punishing his partner.”
Stoklosa was given a 16-week sentence suspended for two years. He was also given 18 months’ supervision, court costs of £85 and an £80 victim surcharge.
